Bandisoft International Inc. (the "Company") explains through this Policy (the "Policy") the way of treatment of the information which is provided or collected in the websites (https://www.bandisoft.com/ and all of its subordinate webpages) on which this Policy is posted. In addition, the Policy also explains the way of treatment of the information which is provided or collected in the course of using all the applications of the Company (including Bandizip, Honeycam, and Honeyview) as well.

The Company is the controller of the information provided or collected in the websites on which this Policy is posted and in the course of using all the applications of the Company.

Through this Policy, the Company regards personal information of the users as important and informs them of the purpose and method of the Company's usage of the personal information provided by the users and the measures taken by the Company for protection of the personal information.

This Policy will be effective from the 18th day of August 2015, and in case of its modification, the Company will make public notice of it through posting it on the bulletin board of the Company's website or individual notice through sending a mail, fax or e-mail.
