Bandi Video Converter makes it possible to convert source video files to AVI (MPEG1 Video/MP2 Audio) file.
It uses internally FFmpeg (Unofficial FFmpeg Win32 Builds), so it follows GPL/LGPL license too.
Also it uses LGPL licensed program MediaInfo
