3.2 IBandiCapture interface

This interface is the main interface to capture video file. CBandiCaptureLibrary Class(section 3.3) is inherited from this interface and defined in "BandiCap.h". If you want, redefine CBandiCaptureLibrary class to add other capability.(section 3.3)
