1.1 Introduction and Features

BCLThe BCL(Bandi Capture Library) is an 'Easy To Use' library to capture and encode the screen in your applications and games.

   • The ability to display a specific logo on the captured image

   • Optimized for gaming and less use of CPU and other resource than any other encoders.
   • Create smaller video files than FRAPS by 1/20 at maximum.
